Shipping Policy
At CSUN TCG, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the payment. We use sturdy and reliable packaging to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. If there are any issues with the packaging or shipping, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all sales are FINAL and items can only be cancelled if they have not gone to shipment. Any cancellation requests must be sent via email to admin@csuntcg.com prior to shipment. We will try our best to honor your request but please note that if shipment has been processed you must follow our return policy as stated below.
Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CSUN TCG. All returns will need to go through our review and approval process. Please email admin@csuntcg.com before sending back any merchandise. Returns will only be considered if contacted within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before consideration of issuing a replacement or refund. Minor imperfections on product packaging and wrapping may occur on items such as booster boxes or figures. Since this does not affect the actual quality of the trading cards or physical figure and we will not qualify them for a refund/replacement.

Returns can only be accepted on factory-sealed products and must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. We do not accept returns on single cards sold due to the volatile nature of that market.

Any issues related to trading card game products such as misprints will need to be resolved directly with the Manufacturer.

Please note that we do no cover shipping costs for returns. If a return is due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS ground only) after the item has been received.

Refunds
Your refund will only be issued once the item(s) are received and inspected. Once issued, refunds take 3-5 business days to post back to the original payment method used at checkout.
